Itinerary
Day 01: Srinagar Arrival
On arrival in Srinagar, the driver will pick you up from the airport and transfer you to your houseboat. Check in to the houseboat and go for a Shikara ride on Dal Lake. Proceed to explore local sights like Shankaracharya Temple, Lal Chowk, Polo View, Mughal Garden, Chashme Shahi Garden, Pari Mahal, Botanical Garden, Nishat Garden, and Shalimar Garden. You can also shop for some souvenirs. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the houseboat.
Day 02: Excursion to Gulmarg
After breakfast, check out from the houseboat and proceed for a full-day sightseeing tour of Gulmarg. En route, visit Tangmarg, Drung Waterfall, and Strawberry Valley. Upon reaching Gulmarg, you will be dropped at the second check-post near the Gondola Point. Enjoy a round-trip Gondola ride to Phase 1, where you can engage in various activities. You may also ascend to Phase 2 (Apharwat Peak). After the Gondola ride, return to your hotel. Check in to the hotel, followed by dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 03: Srinagar (Sonmarg)
After breakfast, proceed for a full-day sightseeing tour of Sonmarg, also known as the Meadow of Gold, located at 9000 ft. The journey to Sonmarg is breathtaking, with massive mountains covered in lush forests and fir trees. The snowy mountains and green landscapes are a treat to the eyes. You can hire a pony to visit the Thajiwas Glacier. In the late afternoon, drive back to Srinagar. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 04: Departure from Srinagar
After breakfast, pack your bags and check out from the hotel. The driver will pick you up and drop you at Srinagar Airport, marking the end of your tour.
